Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is limited within the Philippines only.
- Your parcel will be delivered using Tupperware Brands’ appointed delivery courier company.
- Once payment for your order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes on the delivery address.
- The standard delivery time is between 9 AM to 10 PM. Appointed courier (Ninja Van) operates from Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays.
- Delivery lead time is as follow (from time parcel was picked-up from warehouse):
- Metro Manila - 1 to 2 working days
- Greater Metro Manila Area - 1 to 3 working days
- North / South Luzon - 3 to 5 working days
- Visayas - 5 to 7 working days
- Mindanao - 7 to 10 working days

In the event that delivery fails, you will receive a message via email or SMS (from courier) to reschedule your delivery. The soonest you may reschedule your delivery would be the next working day.

Note: Shipping rates stated above are VAT inclusive and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Weights will be counted based on chargeable weight (actual vs volumetric weight, whichever is higher). For volumetric weight, calculation will be L x W x H (cm) / 3,500
- If applicable, the weight shall be rounded to the next whole number, and shall be charged accordingly.
- The courier company will attempt to deliver the parcel up to (2) times to the delivery address.
- If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery.
- The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery receipt.
- Tupperware Brands Philippines reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
